Dismantled

I wrote this back in march...but i like it... so

Dismantled

With an infusion of truth,
Tempered by profane clarity
Take this fixation,
Obsessive reel of self-destruction
Peel back the layers of skin
Hiding and protecting the transparency within.

Dismantle the live wires
Entangled with my veins

Dismantle the wild lies
Entangled in my pains

I have been reading your poetry today and enjoying it, although "enjoying" might not be the right word for the uncomfortable parts. I am liking it in any event. There is a wealth of depth mixed with deep hope that pulls toward redemption.
